Jak zd\u016fraznila \u0159editelka TZG Crikvenice Marijana Biondi\u0107, tradice a autenti\u010dnost jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi d\u016fvody, pro\u010d si n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci vyb\u00edraj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 destinace \u2013 a pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto hodnoty \u010din\u00ed Kvarner a tento kraj v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1894\">Velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem projevilo mnoho restaurat\u00e9r\u016f a vina\u0159\u016f, tak\u017ee se prezentace z\u00fa\u010dastnilo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b t\u0159icet odborn\u00edk\u016f z turistick\u00e9ho sektoru Crikvenicko\u2013Vinodolsk\u00e9 rivi\u00e9ry. B\u011bhem akce byla zd\u016frazn\u011bna d\u016fle\u017eitost projektu pro rozvoj gastronomick\u00e9 a vina\u0159sk\u00e9 nab\u00eddky a program zahrnoval i zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 workshopy. Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost p\u0159it\u00e1hl vinn\u00fd workshop pod veden\u00edm \u017darka Stiliny ze Sdru\u017een\u00ed Vina Kvarnera, na kter\u00e9m byla p\u0159edstavena v\u00edna z p\u016fvodn\u00edch kvarnersk\u00fdch odr\u016fd. \u00da\u010dastn\u00edci m\u011bli mo\u017enost ochutnat sedm r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00edn a sezn\u00e1mit se s bohatstv\u00edm m\u00edstn\u00edch vina\u0159sk\u00fdch tradic, s c\u00edlem za\u0159adit je do sv\u00e9 nab\u00eddky a podpo\u0159it tak z\u00e1jem host\u016f o tuto destinaci. Velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem vzbudil i workshop <em data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1751\">Um\u011bn\u00ed p\u00e1rov\u00e1n\u00ed olivov\u00fdch olej\u016f<\/em> veden\u00fd Marinou Selak, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavila extra panensk\u00e9 olivov\u00e9 oleje Kvarneru a kr\u00e1tk\u00fd sommeli\u00e9rsk\u00fd kurz o rozpozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jejich charakteristik.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2501\">Dne\u0161n\u00ed program p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed praktick\u00fd workshop pro kucha\u0159e a gastronomick\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ly pod veden\u00edm \u0161\u00e9fkucha\u0159e Zdravka Tom\u0161i\u0107e s n\u00e1zvem <em data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2080\">Modr\u00e1 ryba a kuchyn\u011b Crikvenicko\u2013Vinodolsk\u00e9 rivi\u00e9ry<\/em>. Workshop koordinuje Irina Ban, interpretka <em data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2140\">Chu\u0165 d\u011bdictv\u00ed<\/em>, kter\u00e1 zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee zachov\u00e1n\u00ed chut\u00ed tradice na tal\u00ed\u0159\u00edch je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed identity na\u0161\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00ed gastronomie. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o tradi\u010dn\u00ed kuchyni nebo o koncept fine diningu, pr\u00e1v\u011b chut\u011b tradi\u010dn\u00edch j\u00eddel n\u00e1s \u010din\u00ed rozpoznateln\u00fdmi mezi ostatn\u00edmi gastronomick\u00fdmi regiony a zem\u011bmi.
