{"id":26211,"date":"2026-05-27T10:59:52","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T08:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tz-novi-vinodolski.hr\/?p=26211"},"modified":"2026-05-27T11:05:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T09:05:10","slug":"important-information-issuance-of-the-registration-number","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tz-novi-vinodolski.hr\/en\/important-information-issuance-of-the-registration-number\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPORTANT INFORMATION \u2013 ISSUANCE OF THE REGISTRATION NUMBER"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Regarding the announcements related to Regulation (EU) 2024\/1028 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 April 2024 on the collection and sharing of data relating to short-term accommodation rental services and amending Regulation (EU) 2018\/1724 (hereinafter: Regulation (EU) 2024\/1028), which concerns the obligation to obtain a registration number for those renting out rooms, apartments (studio apartments), and holiday homes, we would like to inform you that this obligation in Croatia will enter into force at the beginning of 2027.
