{"id":6977,"date":"2024-11-29T13:05:26","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T12:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tz-novi-vinodolski.hr\/javni-poziv-za-dodjelu-potpore-manifestacijama-i-drugim-dogadanjima-od-opceg-znacaja-za-tzg-novi-vinodolski-u-2025-godini\/"},"modified":"2025-03-23T10:52:22","modified_gmt":"2025-03-23T09:52:22","slug":"public-call-for-granting-support-to-events-of-general-interest-for-the-tourist-board-of-the-city-of-novi-vinodolski-in-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tz-novi-vinodolski.hr\/en\/public-call-for-granting-support-to-events-of-general-interest-for-the-tourist-board-of-the-city-of-novi-vinodolski-in-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Call for Granting Support to Events of General Interest for the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski in 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Based on the Law on Associations (OG 74\/14, 70\/17, 98\/19), the Regulation on Criteria, Benchmarks and Procedures for Financing and Contracting Programs and Projects of Public Interest Implemented by Associations (OG 26\/15, 37\/21), and the Annual Plan of the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski (hereinafter: TB Novi Vinodolski), the following is hereby announced:<\/p>\n<p><strong>PUBLIC CALL<br \/>\nfor granting support through sponsorship, (co)financing of events and other activities of general interest for the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski in 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I.<br \/>\nIn the Budget of the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski for 2025, funds have been allocated for sponsorships of one-day and multi-day events and for (co)financing of events and other activities of general interest for the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski to be held during 2025. One-day and multi-day events and other activities, within the meaning of this Public Call, may be submitted within the scope of activities of associations\/clubs\/societies or other legal and natural persons representing various events, forms of presentation, and expressions of quality in the fields of culture and cultural heritage, sports, education, commemoration of significant events or dates, etc., and which are organised with the aim of entertainment and information, contributing to the improvement of the quality and quantity of the offer in the area of the City of Novi Vinodolski, especially outside the tourist season, and helping to create a recognisable image of Novi Vinodolski. These events must be of international, national, regional, or local importance.<\/p>\n<p>II.<br \/>\nThe total amount of this Public Call is 25,000.00 euros, and the funds will be allocated to applicants who meet the conditions of this Public Call. The amount of funding intended for each individual event\/activity ranges from 130.00 euros up to a maximum of 4,000.00 euros.<\/p>\n<p>III.<br \/>\nNon-refundable financial support can be granted exclusively for the organisation and implementation of events in the area of the City of Novi Vinodolski in 2025, including:<\/p>\n<p>Cultural, entertainment, sports, eno-gastronomic, historical, traditional\/ethnographic and artistic events, congresses and other activities that meet the objectives of point I of this Public Call.<\/p>\n<p>IV.<br \/>\nThe right to submit applications under this Public Call is granted to legal and natural persons, namely:<\/p>\n<p>companies, crafts, associations, cooperatives, sports federations, cultural institutions and other public institutions, artistic organisations.<br \/>\nNote for associations \u2013 Applications can be submitted by associations that are registered in the Register of Associations and have duly fulfilled the obligations from previously concluded financing contracts from the budget of the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski and other public sources (as proven by an appropriate statement signed by the authorised representative of the applicant).<\/p>\n<p>V.<br \/>\nThe Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski may award support of up to 50% of the total costs of implementing an individual event, if these are deemed objectively justified as necessary expenses for the event.<\/p>\n<p>VI.<br \/>\nCriteria for the selection and awarding of funds for events\/activities are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the focus of the event\/activity on direct social benefit and actual needs of the community in which it is implemented, with emphasis on improving the overall tourist offer of the Novi Vinodolski Riviera,<\/li>\n<li>the nature of the event \u2013 international, regional, national, local (based on the performers\/participants),<\/li>\n<li>content quality \u2013 exceptional, high, basic<\/li>\n<li>importance of the event in generating motivation to visit the destination,<\/li>\n<li>timing of the event (pre- and post-season 1.1\u201314.6 \/ 16.9\u201331.12 are prioritised over the main season 15.6\u201315.9),<\/li>\n<li>tradition and sustainability of the event \u2013 how many times it has been held,<\/li>\n<li>clearly defined and realistically achievable goal of the event\/activity,<\/li>\n<li>clearly defined users of the event\/activity,<\/li>\n<li>clearly specified timeline and location of implementation,<\/li>\n<li>realistic relationship between costs and planned activities,<\/li>\n<li>organisational capacity of the applicant to implement the event\/activity,<\/li>\n<li>ensured co-financing from other sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VII.<br \/>\nApplications must be submitted exclusively on the prescribed forms, which, along with the Guidelines for Applicants and other documentation, will be available on the official website of the Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski: www.tz-novi-vinodolski.hr from 29 November 2024 or can be collected in person at the office of the Tourist Board, Kralja Tomislava 6.<br \/>\nAll additional information can be obtained by phone at +385 (0)51 244 306 or via email: tzg-novi-vinodolski@ri.t-com.hr<\/p>\n<p>VIII.<br \/>\nApplications can be submitted in two ways:<\/p>\n<p>1. By registered mail in a sealed envelope to the following address:<br \/>\n<strong>TOURIST BOARD OF THE CITY OF NOVI VINODOLSKI<\/strong><br \/>\n(Application for the Public Call for granting support through sponsorship, (co)financing of events and other activities of general interest)<br \/>\nKralja Tomislava 6, 51250 Novi Vinodolski<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; DO NOT OPEN &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>or<\/p>\n<p>2.
