As part of the Days of Norwegian Culture in Novi Vinodolski, which will take place on Friday, September 16, 2022, starting at 8 PM at the Public Library and Reading Room of Novi Vinodolski, visitors will be able to attend a literary evening featuring Norwegian author Maja Lunde.
The author and her works (The History of Bees, Blue, and The Last of Their Kind) will be presented by literary critic Petra Miočić Mandić. Excerpts from the books will be read by Barbara Kalanj Butković and Dora Grabar.
This program is financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
The event also marks the 30th anniversary of the international recognition of the Republic of Croatia and the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Norway.
