The Tourist Board of Novi Vinodolski, in cooperation with the hiking club “Strilež” and the Hunting Association “Gradina,” organized a walk through the rich hinterland of Novi Vinodolski on Saturday, October 22nd. Twenty-two hikers participated, who, after a welcome drink, set off to explore the homeland, specifically the area of Krmpote. The guide, Mrs. Tanja Malovoz, president of the hiking club, introduced the hikers to the special features of the region. The group visited the Glass Chapel and revitalized their energy with a walk through the Heavenly Labyrinths. During the hike, the guide explained the fruits and plants they encountered, and a special surprise was hosted by the married couple Draženka and Dario Blažević at their weekend house. Instead of the planned 2.5 hours, the walk lasted 4 hours — a sure sign that everyone enjoyed the active lifestyle.

The activities continued on Sunday, October 23rd, with a creative workshop called “Autumn Joys” for the youngest participants. The workshop was led by animator Katarina Stojević. Children made autumn wreaths, cardboard mushrooms, and enjoyed drawing and coloring. Joy filled the Cultural Center terrace, and children were treated to fruit and juices during the workshop. It was heartwarming to see children proudly showing their creations to their parents.

The October activities in Novi Vinodolski don’t stop there — on Wednesday, October 26th at 5:00 PM, there will be a workshop for accommodation providers on “How to improve bookings via online channels.” On Saturday, October 29th, laughter will be guaranteed with a stand-up comedy show by Vlatko Štampar. The autumn experience in Novi Vinodolski is completed by local restaurants offering a rich seasonal gastro menu, available until October 30th.
