Everyone loves the new Advent – young and old alike – and especially the little ones at kindergarten, who decided to open their doors for this occasion and invite everyone to their very own Advent celebration at Fijolica.

“With joy and open hearts, we warmly invite you to the very first ‘CHRISTMAS MAGIC AT FIJOLICA’, held in our kindergarten yard on Friday, December 2nd, starting at 5:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the two-day program we planned for Friday and Saturday will now be held only on Friday, due to a poor weather forecast for Saturday – so the Saturday events are cancelled.
But don’t be sad – Friday is the perfect day, and so: LET THE MAGIC BEGIN! We’ll be waiting for you…” said the team at Fijolica Kindergarten.

Event schedule:

 5:00 PM – Arrival and tour of the festive stations:

2. SAY “CHEESE!” – photo corner

3. VISIT WITH SANTA CLAUS

4. PSST! STORYTIME IS STARTING… – Grandma Snow’s storytelling corner

5. CREATIVE MAGIC ROOM – arts & crafts

6. ME OR SOMEBODY ELSE? – face painting

7. LOOK & BUY! – holiday market

8. SWEETS FOR EVERYONE! – cookies, fritters and tea for purchase

After visiting the stations, the program begins with greetings and cheerful countdown to light up the Christmas glow across Fijolica.
Next up – a magician will take the stage: Abracadabra – here comes Andrej!, followed by a magical Christmas gift hunt.

Throughout the event, there will also be dance competitions with prizes and Christmas storytelling in the special reading corner “STORYSNOW CORNER”, with start times announced on-site.

We’re sure everyone will be delighted to visit the most joyful and colorful part of this year’s festive program – Advent at Fijolica!

The Christmas spirit continues on Sunday, December 4th.
At the local Cultural Centre, there will be screenings of two Christmas movies – a cartoon at 11:00 AM, and a feature film at 5:00 PM.
Also, the lovely Santa’s House will be open, where children can still write and post their letters to Santa Claus.
