Description of the consultation: The Regulation proposes amendments related to the abolition of the surtax in accordance with the Act on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (Official Gazette No. 114/23) and the Act on Amendments to the Local Taxes Act (Official Gazette No. 114/23), as well as amendments to the tax rate in accordance with the Act on Amendments to the Income Tax Act (Official Gazette No. 114/23).
