Easter walk – guided Nordic walking tour
On Saturday, April 4, as part of the Easter programme organised by the TZG Novi Vinodolski in cooperation with KŠR Gorovo and the Nordic Walking Team Opatija, a Nordic walking and hiking programme will take place.
This special edition route, titled the “Easter Walk”, will not only offer an आकर्षive walking experience along a scenic trail, but also a specially prepared tasting. Participants will gather at 10:00 in Pavlomir, a location that has placed Novi Vinodolski firmly on the European—and wider—wine map. After a warm-up session, the group will set off on the route Pavlomir – Old Town Novi Vinodolski (Church of St. Philip and Jacob) – Church of the Holy Trinity – harbour – Petra Krešimir IV waterfront (Church of St. Nicholas) – Calvary – Pavlomir. The route is 8 km long, with an estimated walking time of 2 hours.
Upon returning, participants will be able to enjoy a tasting menu at a promotional price of €15. It will be a wonderful opportunity to discover this unique winery through its eno-gastronomic offer and combine recreation with indulgence during the festive season.
The organisers have ensured that participants will be provided with walking poles, and the walk will be led by licensed guides. Registration takes place at the meeting point, and participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
In the lead-up to the holiday, Novi offers an excellent programme not to be missed. We also highlight the “Easter Breakfast” – a traditional event taking place on Sunday, April 5 from 11:00 on Korzo hrvatskih branitelja, where visitors can enjoy a variety of delicacies – fragrant pinca, succulent ham, spring onions, boiled eggs, and assorted cakes. A special highlight will be a fritaja made from as many as 1,000 eggs and asparagus, prepared in a large pan. All these delicacies are offered as a gift to visitors, with the experience further enriched by traditional Tonka’s fritule, this time in a special variation – fritule alla pinca.
