From 10 to 11 October, Novi Vinodolski will become the centre of motor racing excitement with the first edition of the 1st Rally Primorje. This new sporting event will bring together numerous drivers, teams and motorsport enthusiasts from Croatia and abroad, offering an attractive programme and a vibrant atmosphere across the areas of Novi Vinodolski, Senj and Vinodol Municipality.

The start, finish and service park will all be located in Novi Vinodolski, which will become the main meeting point for competitors and spectators throughout the rally weekend. Visitors can look forward to dynamic special stages on attractive roads and sections of this year’s WRC route, offering a unique combination of sport, adrenaline and the natural beauty of the region.

Competitors will face two different and demanding special stages, combining technically challenging sections with faster stretches. The Novi Vinodolski special stage is 17.17 kilometres long, with the start located above Bribir, in the Sveti Vid area. The route then climbs through Pališin, while the finish is located at Vepar above Novi Vinodolski.

The Senj special stage is 13.85 kilometres long. The start is located above Senj near Lopica, with the finish at Rupa at the northern end of the stage. The first approximately six kilometres through Gornja Uz Glavice are particularly technically demanding, followed by a faster section of the route towards Rupa. The combination of the different characteristics of the two stages will present a serious sporting challenge for drivers and their cars, while offering spectators an exciting and attractive competition.

Alongside the sporting programme, a range of activities for visitors is also planned, including opportunities to meet the drivers and an entertainment programme in the town centre.
