On Saturday, October 12, the second BRM Novi Vinodolski will take place. The meeting point is at Bistro Tomas (Korzo Hrvatskih Branitelja 50), where registration and card distribution will take place between 06:00–07:00. Parking is available for all brevet participants (Centar škola parking lot).

The route leads from Novi Vinodolski along the Adriatic Highway towards Crikvenica, passing Kraljevica and following the coastline through the Bay of Bakar. It then reaches Kostrena, approaching Rijeka and Control Point 1 – Church of Our Lady of Trsat. It continues through Orehovica, climbing to Čavle and further via Lujzijana to Gornje Jelenje (881 m.a.s.l.), the highest ascent on the ride.

After that, the route reaches CP2 – Lake Bajer in Fužine. It then continues through Lika fields to Lukovo, turns left toward Pletena, continues to Sviba viewpoint with beautiful panoramas and very little traffic, entering the Krmpote area. It passes through the villages of Alan and Podbilo, reaches Vrataruša, then turns left toward Francikovac and connects near the top of the Vratnik pass. The descent leads to CP3 – Majorija, Carsko vrelo, a source of fresh drinking water.

The route then descends toward Senj, reconnects with the Adriatic Highway, and returns to Novi Vinodolski. At the Lidl roundabout, it turns toward Bribir, passes through Grižane, and reaches another drinking water spring called “Tri špine” (km 182). From there, it descends to CP4 – Tribalj Lake.

And of course, the grand finale is the climb back up toward Tri špine and Grižane, returning via the same path to Novi Vinodolski.

The gathering point and final stop is Bistro Tomas, where dinner will be provided.

The registration fee is €20, and the brevet has a humanitarian purpose.
