On Thursday, October 3, 2024, cyclists participating in the CRO Race will pass through Novi Vinodolski between approximately 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The race will take place across the area of our City of Novi Vinodolski, which will also host an intermediate sprint point.

CRO Race is the ninth edition of the international professional cycling race, and this year again, twenty teams from the top tier of the World Cycling Organization’s ranking will take part. This year, Croatia will welcome cyclists from October 1 to 6, 2024, and during the six stages will have the opportunity to showcase the natural and cultural beauties of our country, while also promoting cycling and Croatia’s tourism potential.

Tomorrow’s stage, 136 kilometers long, will follow the route Otočac – Vratnik – Senj – Novi Vinodolski – Bribir – Rijeka – Opatijska Slatina, with the arrival of cyclists expected around 3:45 PM.

We kindly ask all road users for caution and understanding, increased alertness, and special attention to cyclists in traffic. We also invite citizens to come to the main road during the indicated time, even if slightly delayed, to help create a positive impression of the race and to support the event.
