As the spring sun illuminates the streets and nature awakens in full splendor, Easter is approaching – a holiday that celebrates togetherness, warmth, and joy. There is no better way to mark it than with good company, exquisite delicacies, and music that enriches the atmosphere. This year, once again, the traditional Easter Breakfast brings the special charm of outdoor holiday gatherings. Surrounded by the aromas of homemade specialties and the brightness of a spring day, you can expect moments that will fill your heart and awaken the loveliest memories.

On Sunday, April 20th, starting at 11:00 AM, Korzo hrvatskih branitelja will become the center of Easter cheer. The Easter table will be adorned with traditional delicacies such as fragrant pinca (a sweet Easter bread), juicy ham, fresh onions, boiled eggs, and homemade cakes that will take you back to your childhood. The air will be filled with the enticing aroma of a fritaja made from a thousand eggs and asparagus, prepared in a large pan. The holiday table is a symbol of gathering, and that is exactly what the Easter Breakfast represents – an opportunity to enjoy the tastes of tradition together. All these delicacies are offered to visitors as a gift, because Easter is a holiday of sharing and unity.

Adding a special touch to the event will be the melodies of Mateo Žmak and Tea Bašić, whose music will bring an air of elegance and joy. The youngest guests will have the chance to immerse themselves in fun and creativity with a rich animation program and workshops organized by ZIA Production.

Besides the festive table and great entertainment, Easter also offers the chance to create your own decorations and learn traditional skills. The spirit of springtime creativity will spread through three special workshops organized by the National Museum and Gallery. On April 7th at 6 PM, adults will have the chance to try their hand at making colorful felt Easter eggs, while on April 9th, also at 6 PM, a workshop on braiding olive branches – a skill passed down through generations that preserves the Easter spirit – will be held. A real treat awaits parents and children on April 16th at 5 PM at the “Terrarium Imaginarium” workshop, where they will create unique Easter terrariums/lamps, bringing a touch of spring into their homes.
