To conclude the autumn education cycle, the City of Novi Vinodolski, in cooperation with the Tourist Board of Novi Vinodolski, is organizing a panel discussion titled “Improving the Quality of Services in the Tourism Sector – A Challenge: How to Offer and Achieve More?”

The panel will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at the City Council Hall of Novi Vinodolski, organized jointly by the City and the Tourist Board.

The main goal is to engage in a constructive discussion with experts from various fields to reflect on the current position on the tourism map, explore opportunities for improving services and products – especially in hospitality, accommodation, and the development of new content – and to discuss how to enhance cooperation between the public and private sectors.

There is no doubt that tourism plays a key role in the economy of Novi Vinodolski. But how can we make the offer more competitive and attractive while facing challenges such as changes in tourist behavior, climate change, seasonality, digitalization, and others?

Panelists who will share their insights based on professional experience:

• Sanja Krmpotić, owner of “Sagape”, expert in hospitality and customer loyalty, Master of Economics in Tourism and Hospitality
• Nedo Pinezić, entrepreneur, expert in family tourism, and director of Quanarius d.o.o., with extensive experience in accommodation and destination promotion
• Tatjana Maria Plašč, co-owner of Via Mea Travel and expert in travel and excursion organization, with extensive experience in tourism product development
• Croatian Association of Travel Agencies, bringing together travel agencies, tour operators, and associated members from hospitality, transport, vocational education, and tourism-related institutions, promoting sustainable tourism practices and competitiveness.
