Due to the forecast of extremely bad weather, we are forced to postpone the event Delights of Novi, which was scheduled for Sunday, September 14.
The new date for the event is Sunday, September 21, and both the location and program remain unchanged.

On Sunday, September 14th, starting at 10:00 AM, Novi Vinodolski will once again become a must-visit destination for food lovers – Delights of Novi will take place at Ivan Mažuranić Square, an event that delights visitors from across the region year after year. The square will be transformed into a true oasis of flavors and aromas, with local restaurants preparing a rich array of delicacies sure to satisfy even the most demanding palates.

This year’s prices are once again accessible to everyone – gourmet dishes can be enjoyed for €5.00, desserts for €3.00, and a deciliter of premium wine for €2.00.

There will be no shortage of delicacies – your culinary experience can begin with a coastal-style squid salad or tuna pâté, continue with delicious scampi or mussels in buzara sauce, anchovy stew with chickpeas and polenta, braised squid with fava beans and polenta, or Adriatic shrimp medallions in sparkling wine sauce with orange risotto, or even cuttlefish stew. Meat lovers can enjoy juicy burgers, handmade pljukanci pasta with beef goulash, Ukrainian cabbage rolls with buckwheat and beef, and aromatic Hungarian perkelt.

To finish, the sweet selection will bring joy to every gourmand – millefoglie in a glass with light creamy layers, ricotta with figs, tiramisu, crepes, and a variety of homemade pies and strudels, including a special fig strudel. Those who enjoy discovering new flavors will be thrilled with the Ukrainian dessert Medovik, a honey-layer cake full of delicate sweetness.

All these dishes will be carefully prepared by: konobas Navigare, Pod Orajom and Hata, Restaurant Admiral, Bistro Tomas, Bistro-Pizzeria Đir, Buffet Adria, Aminess Hotel Lišanj, Ekskluziva d.o.o., Café Bar-Bistro Marnie, and the Pavlomir Wine House. High-quality wines will perfectly round out the gastronomic experience.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Klapa Intriga, whose recognizable harmonies will enhance the atmosphere and create the perfect setting for open-air enjoyment and socializing. The host will also introduce the chefs and their culinary creations.
