On August 9, 2023, from 8:00 PM to midnight, we invite you to OKOLOTORNO – around our old, stone town.

Enjoy the play of light and stone, the outlines of old coastal houses, the past, and the richness of our cultural heritage. Peek into a coastal tavern and taste the finest wines from the Vinodol Valley. The hardworking hands of local craftsmen, artisans, and artists will offer you their products. Feed all your senses as the summer breeze brings the scent of the sea, accompanied by the gentle sounds of klapas and musicians.

You will also see beautiful girls in the rich traditional costume of Novi Vinodolski, walking alongside revived figures from our past: the famous Frankopans, Ban Ivan Mažuranić and his granddaughter Ivana, who will delight all children in her magical corner with face painting. Feel free to take photos with them and ask anything you want. Braver kids can also try archery.
