Chess Club Zrinski Frankopan is organizing the Open Chess Championship of the City of Novi Vinodolski for both children and adults.

CHILDREN’S TOURNAMENT:

Eligibility: Girls and boys up to 13 years of age
Time control: 10 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move
System: Swiss, 7 rounds, computer pairing

PRIZES:
Girls – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – trophy and medal
Boys – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – trophy and medal

Special prizes:
Children under 9 – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – medal
Children under 11 – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – medal
Children under 13 – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – medal

ADULT TOURNAMENT:

Eligibility: All chess enthusiasts
Time control: 10 minutes per player
System: Swiss, 9 rounds, computer pairing
ENTRY FEE: €10
NOTE: Players are kindly asked to bring a working digital chess clock.
