Sparkling Breakfast in the Vineyard

06. Jun
10:00 - 14:00
Pavlomir Wine House, Novi Vinodolski

Early June in Novi Vinodolski brings one of the most anticipated eno-gastronomic events in the Kvarner region. On Saturday, June 6, the picturesque vineyards of the Pavlomir Winery will once again become the stage for a unique experience – the fourth edition of the Sparkling Breakfast in the Vineyard.

This hedonistic event, organized by the Tourist Board of the Town of Novi Vinodolski in cooperation with the Pavlomir Wine House and the Kvarner Wines Association, is part of the Salon of Sparkling Wines Zagreb project, created by Marija Vukelić.

In the relaxed vineyard setting, visitors will enjoy a carefully curated breakfast from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by top-quality sparkling wines from Kvarner and a rich selection of local sweet and savory delicacies. The experience will be further enhanced by live jazz music and attractive photo points, creating the perfect setting for enjoyment and socializing.

A special highlight of this year’s program is the educational segment. From 12:00 to 13:00, an exclusive workshop on pairing Kvarner sparkling wines with Kvarner scampi will take place – a premium ingredient shaped by the unique maritime conditions of the region. The workshop is available with prior reservation only.
Following the workshop, En Primeur Kvarner will offer visitors the opportunity to taste still wines from participating wineries. This year’s guest winemakers will come from the Bregovita Hrvatska region.

The program runs until 2:00 PM, and participation is possible only with a pre-purchased ticket priced at €40.00.
Reservations can be made via email: marijavukeliczg@gmail.com

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to enjoy premium sparkling wines, local delicacies, and the unforgettable ambiance of the Pavlomir vineyards.
