Visitors can expect:

Thanks to the support of sponsors and partners, every child will receive a honey plant seedling and honey, while the kindergarten will be presented with a special gift intended for current and future generations of children.

World Bee Day is celebrated on 20 May at the initiative of Slovenia, in honour of Anton Janša, a pioneer of modern beekeeping, with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of bees and other pollinators for humanity and environmental protection.

We invite all citizens, media, and nature lovers to join us in marking this important day and supporting the shared message:

“When we protect bees – we protect life.”
