The Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski, in cooperation with the Family Accommodation Advisory Service Interligo d.o.o., is organizing a training session aimed at small-scale renters with the goal of improving their operations and adapting to new legal regulations. The training will be held on Monday, March 24, starting at 5:00 PM in the City Hall of Novi Vinodolski.
During the lecture, participants will have the opportunity to learn which documents and logs renters need to maintain and what their financial obligations are, with a special emphasis on the latest tax regulations. In addition to the administrative aspects of business, the training will cover strategies for setting accommodation prices, including determining maximum prices and adjusting the offer through discounts in line with market demand. Experts from Interligo d.o.o. will provide concrete guidelines on price management, calculating property expenses, and more accurate estimation of final earnings.

Part of the training will also be dedicated to advertising on digital platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Participants will learn how the algorithms of these platforms work and what they can do to make their ads more visible to potential guests.
The training lasts for three academic hours, after which there will be time for questions from participants. Admission is free, and no registration is required to attend.
This training is an opportunity for all small-scale renters, whether they are just starting out or want to improve their existing offer, to receive useful information, answers to questions, and practical advice from experienced professionals.
