This Saturday once again delighted Nordic walking enthusiasts, as the rich program of the FIT4NOVI event continued in Novi Vinodolski, offering diverse and attractive activities. The Tourist Board of the City of Novi Vinodolski, in cooperation with KŠR Gorovo and Nordic Walking Team Opatija, delivered another wonderful experience through the program “Nordic Walking on the Historic Trails of Novi Vinodolski,” with the great weather only enhancing the positive atmosphere of the day.

Participants gathered in Luka Krmpotska and, after a warm-up session led by certified guides, set off on the scenic route “Heavenly Labyrinths.” The light trail, about 7 km long, followed the path Luka Krmpotska – Omar (Glass Chapel) – Stone Cistern – Heavenly Labyrinths – Velika Sviba (848 m above sea level) – Luka Krmpotska, and took approximately two hours to complete. Several stops were made to enjoy the stunning views, especially at the labyrinths and the Glass Chapel – both unique sites that inspired plenty of photo-taking.

As always, organizers provided walking poles for participants, and the same will be done next Saturday for the “royal trail” adventure titled “From the Source to the Frankopans.” Another memorable Saturday awaits.
