Novi Vinodolski exudes the Christmas spirit throughout the month of December. Streets and squares decorated with Christmas lights with music echoing from the town centre invite everybody to take a stroll and enjoy the atmosphere. Santa’s House is a place that brings a smile to every child’s face. This is where youngsters can meet the white-bearded man, tell him their wishes, and finally see where he lives!

Numerous workshops as well as quiz, cinema and theatre shows take place here in December, while the sounds of merry Christmas carols and the intoxicating aroma of mulled wine waft in the air during ‘The Mažuranić Advent’. Why not try Smail-aga, Vitorog, Pozdrav Vinodolu sausage or Čengićev Kuhanac, some of the dishes offered at the enchanting wooden kiosks during the event.
